Preamble of the Constitution of India – “We the People of India” having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a “SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC ” and securing all its citizens Justice, Liberty, Equality, and promoting among them all Fraternity and Integrity of the Nation.

Justice
Securing Justice to all its citizens Economic, Political, and Social.
Social – All are access to the Public places without irrespective of Caste, Birth, Color, Sex . (ARTICLE 15 – Prohibits Discrimination or Disability to the public places access to all Citizens) .
Economic – Same Status to all Citizens and to bridge the gap between Rich and Poor.
Political – ARTICLE 325 & 326 guarantees all Adults over age of 18 years will have the right to participate in Elections without any discrimination.
Equality
Equal Oppurtunity and Status in accessing Public Places and Public Employment.
All are Equal before law and enjoy equal protection before the laws of land. There is no discrimination against one person to another person in the form of religion, Caste, Color, Sex, Place of Birth.
Liberty
Equal Opportunity in the form of Trade and Business, Freedom of Contract and Competition.
Liberty States the absence of Government Interference in the Freedom of Individual.
ARTICLE 19 guarantees the Freedom of Speech, Expression.
Fraternity
To promote the common brotherhood feeling towards all of its Citizen, and having the same Mother India to every Citizens irrespective of Religious, Culture, and other diversities of many sort. Provision of Citizenship under Art 325 is to promote the fraternal feeling, and fundamental duties are available to all citizens without any discrimination. Directive principles of state policy is achieved to promote socio and economic equal status among all its citizens without any discrimination.
