‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ Director James Gunn corrects Zac Efron Casting Rumors

The director rejected casting for the character and named the gossip as 'nonsense'.

Zac Efron fans might be in for a small frustration in the midst of gossip that the star is conversing with be given a role as the character Adam Warlock in the forthcoming ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’. While rumors went out of control that the actor would rapidly wear a brilliant cape and get into superhero style for the movie, director James Gunn stepped in to clean the cases. Taking to his Twitter handle, the director rejected casting for the character and named the gossip as ‘nonsense’.

As per Gunn, the character was initially expected to show up in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ yet was rejected during the early stage. Adam Warlock has been perhaps the most expected character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
