Domino’s India, the country’s biggest pizza chain, recently declared they would be offering 20-minute delivery in 20 different zones. The brand has always been committed to giving its customers the best possible pizza-eating experience through product innovation, taste, prices, and customer service. They were already the market leaders in the Quick Service Restaurant sector thanks to their pioneering 30-minute delivery, and now they’re taking it a step further with their revolutionary 20-minute delivery.
The 20-minute delivery is made possible through their efforts to improve and optimize in-store processes, the use of technology, and dynamic resource planning, as well as expanding the number of stores nearby. These measures help them reduce the entire delivery time, guaranteeing hotter, fresher, and better-tasting pizza in just 20 minutes. The zones are yet to be released by the Jubilant Foodworks.
