Bihar is the 3rd biggest State in India by its population and 12th Largest by its territories. Bihar borders with 4 Indian states(Uttar Pradesh(W), Nepal (N), West Bengal (E), Jharkhand (S) ), and external country in its boundaries. The Latitude and Longitude of the Bihar are 25°11’N and 85°32’E. The spoken language of the state is Hindi. The Capital City of Bihar is Patna , situated on the right bank of the Ganges. According to our Indian Constitution, it doesn’t specify any procedure for the appointment of the Chief Minister of the State. However, Article 164 says Governor appoints the Chief Minister of the State(has the Majority in the assembly). Any terms do not fix the Chief Minister’s terms of Office; as long as he holds the Majority in the assembly, he is the state’s, Chief Minister.
