After a decade, Academy Awards Oscar® is opening a new branch for the Production and Technology Branch, incorporating about 400 individuals formerly classified as Members-at-Large. The latest addition represents members working in key technical and production jobs in all stages of movie-making, from preproduction to post-production.
Production and Technology Branch member’s new positions :
- CTO (Chief Technology Officer),
- Senior Department Heads in ( Technology and Creative services and Preservation and Restoration Specialists )
- Credited Production Roles,
- Stunt Coordinators,
- Script Supervisors,
- Choreographers,
- Music Supervisors,
- Colorists,
- Line Producers,
- Associate Producers
All of the above positions will be a part of the Production and Technology Branch.
